Dear Editor,

The only way an ovariohysterectomy (OHE) is more invasive than an ovarioectomy in a young patient is the competence of the surgeon. The majority of experienced genernal practice surgeons can perform an OHE through a 1- to 1.5-inch incision or less.

Hopefully we all know that fibroblasts promote healing from side to side and not end to end. I do not understand why we continue to seek a solution to a problem that does not exist.
